Schedules of some RMS minibus routes to change
Schedules of some “Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme” (RMS) minibus routes will change as of July 1, so passengers are asked to follow these changes on the company’s webpage and at minibus stops.
Minibus route No. 203 Jugla – Pļavnieki
Intervals will be increased on working days – in early morning hours, in the evening after 19.40, as well as in the middle of the day – from 11.40 till 13.00. There will be also changes in the holiday schedules.
Minibus route No. 206 Bus station – Mežciems
As a part of the route in the direction of Malienas Street-S. Eizenšteina Street is overlapping with minibus route No. 271, this section of minibus route No. 206 will change in both directions. The minibuses will run from the bus station by the route to Malienas Street, then in Malienas Street, Hipokrāta Street to the terminal in Gaiļezera Street. Schedules for both working days and holidays will also change. The closed part of the route in Malienas Street between Hipokrāta Street and S. Eizenšteina Street will be served by minibuses No. 271.
Minibus route No. 216 Centre – Ķengarags
On working days, departure times will change between 10.00 and 14.30, with minimal extension of intervals. Departure times before 10.00 and after 14.30 on working days will not change.
Intervals will be increased on Saturdays from 09.00. On Saturdays, the first run from Ķengarags will depart five minutes later, at 05:15.
Minibus route No. 233 Centre – Ziepniekkalns
The working day and holiday schedules will be changed. The last runs from Ziepniekkalns and the centre will depart later.
Minibus route No. 236 Baznīcas Street – Zolitūde
On working days, intervals will be increased in the middle of the day and between the last runs.
Route No. 237 Esplanade - Imanta
On this route, the working day schedule will change.
Minibus route No. 241 Centre – Airport
The working day schedule will change.
Minibus route No. 244 Centre – Iļģuciems
Intervals will be increased in the middle of the working days, from 11.44 till 12.24. On Saturdays, the route will be closed.
Minibus routes No. 270 Imanta – Pļavnieki and No. 280 Bus station – Purvciems will be combined on working days
On working days, minibus routes No. 270 and 280 will be united in the overlapping section of the two routes (A.Čaka Street, Ieriķu Street, Dzelzavas Street, Vaidavas Street), and there will be more minibuses running by the route. Now minibuses will run by route No. 270 Imanta – Pļavnieki.
Route No. 271 P. Stradiņš hospital – hospital "Gaiļezers"
The working day schedule of minibus route No. 271 will change after 13.00, the first and the last run will be cancelled.
